Active Participation & Inputs in Press Parts tool design & Dies simulation reviews. Co-ordination with R&D, Technical Development, Tool Maker (Asian & European) , Pres Shop Planning, etc., department for New Products. Stamping parts manufacturing feasibility check from raw material, blanking process to final product output. Inputs to R&D for CAD data finalisation of the Skin panel & structural metal parts. Solving the Thinning, Spring Back, Crack, and Surface defects using Simulation software. Inputs to R&D for design changes as per simulation results. Tracking of the supplier in the process of the simulation and preparation of the Process plan. 1. Product study and Simultaneous Engineering. Study Product Drawing, Process, BOM & Support & In-puts in developing Press parts, Press process method plan in PPTs & XLS. Validate & Confirm the Product CAD data, Press Process validation process at the tool maker & supplier end. Participate in R&D workshops for manufacturing feasibility checks. 2. Product Simulation & Manufacturing Feasibility Check. Press Parts & press tool data using simulation. Reporting and escalation of press parts-related issues of new project parts start from the concept stage in the Project review meetings. Participation in Design Review workshop along with R&D, Tool Maker, Press tool planning & Suppliers Participation in CAD data optimization & release process along with R&D. 3. Simulation Report Preparation of the Press Parts Preparation of Simulation reports using Simulation software Suggestion of the design to R&D changes as per simulation results. 4. Analysis & Review of the Press tools method plans. Analysis & Review of the press tool method plan using simulation software. Perpetration of the document for design changes, document Management: Coordination for Flawless execution of press parts Engineering changes. Show more Show less
