Role & responsibilities: Manage candidate flow, track open requisitions, and ensure timely hiring manager feedback. Provide clear, data-driven reporting to stakeholders on fulfillment status. Review resumes, manage requisitions, and support hiring manager submittals. Navigate Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to oversee work orders and ensure data accuracy. Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Act as a backup for MSP accounts to ensure consistent delivery. Handle supplier terminations professionally and maintain positive engagement. Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of best practices. Preferred candidate profile: Must have experience in client & vendor management. Must be willing to work in NIGHT SHIFTS (5.30PM - 2.30AM) Must have excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal). Holding an experience in accessing VMS tools will be an added advantage. Experience in HR/Staffing Operations will be an added advantage. Must be an immediate joiner NOTE: This is not a full time recruiter role.
