Processor Controls and Monitoring

As Team Member for Corporate CAD, the incumbent is responsible for managing Key External Stakeholders like RBI,

Statutory Auditor, Concurrent Auditor etc. and also Internal Stakeholders like Compliance, Credit, Operational Risk, Legal,

Finance and Operations in terms of full or partial review the Unit. Key deliverables also includes partnering with the

Stakeholders in terms of driving compliance culture in the Unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic/

Managerial

Responsibilities • Good knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory / Statutory framework. The candidate has to keep himself abreast with the latest regulations, guidelines and processes. Additionally support in ensuring modification of existing processes. • Build Knowledge / Best practices across industry for constantly minimizing operational risk within Corporate CAD.

Core

Responsibilities • Responsible for proactive engagement with Regulator, Statutory Audit, External Audit, Internal Audit team related to the function. • Handling all External (Regulatory including Statutory Auditors) and Internal Audit (Concurrent Audit) Submission to support the Unit. • Centralized SPOC/ Supporting UH for RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment) and track all ORM related issues of the Unit. • Impact Analysis and action tracking resulting from any Audit, regulatory guidelines from compliance perspective. • Ensuring that all related process emanating from External and Internal Audits related to Corporate CAD is standardized & implemented across through Governance function.

Responsibilities • Ensure adherence of operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational thereby minimizing adverse comment from internal and External Audits • Implements practices to bridge gaps identified during departmental audits.

• A minimum of 2 -3 years of relevant experience

The candidate must have relevant Experience of Credit/Credit Admin in Compliance function of a large bank / Prior experience of DBS, RBI with specific exposure to Corporate Credit Portfolio of large bank.
