Job Description

Sales enablement consultant

Hybrid working model:

No of days working from office in a week: Minimum 3 out of 5 days
Shift followed: 12PM - 9PM (4-5 hours of overlap required with US teams)
Work location: Bangalore

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant experience in Research Client engagement roles, Research Sales support and Corporate Access support

Job Expectations:

Understanding of the Equity Research ecosystem, including client engagement dynamics
Outstanding academic qualifications with a minimum of Bachelors degree from a premier institution
Exceptional attention to detail, balanced with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Demonstrate strong coordination skills by proactively engaging with Research Analysts to collect, clarify, and confirm client engagement information
Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as BTS and Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with global stakeholders across departments
Support process improvements and contribute ideas for streamlining the research interaction logging workflow
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with flexibility to support dynamic workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to AI tools and techniques to enhance workflow efficiency and reporting capabilities
