About the Role:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze IT staffing requirements from hiring managers.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods including job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice), social media (LinkedIn, GitHub), and internal databases.
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Develop job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
Maintain recruitment reports and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updates.
Negotiate salary and terms with candidates and close offers.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and market trends in IT recruitment.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
Strong understanding of technology and IT roles (e.g., software developers, system admins, DevOps, QA, etc.).
Experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
