Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to own and drive the product strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS product focused on the US market. This is a full-time, remote role offering high ownership and the opportunity to shape impactful products from the ground up.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, customer success, implementation and marketing to deliver solutions that drive business outcomes. This is a complex role that demands sound judgment, clear communication, and strong prioritisation skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with impact in

  Enterprise B2B SaaS

• Exceptional communicator—

  able to articulate complex ideas, influence cross‑functionally, and lead discussions with confidence

• Strong stakeholder management—s

  killed at aligning diverse teams and driving clarity without direct authority
• Comfortable navigating deep product complexity across integrations, configurations, and enterprise dependencies

• Sharp judgment and prioritization—

  able to focus on what truly moves the business forward

• Execution‑focused—

  organized, responsive, and dependable in a high‑velocity environment

• Self‑driven with a bias for action, ownership, and continuous learning

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, aligning customer needs with business priorities
• Translate high‑level goals into clear product direction, measurable outcomes, and execution plans

• Prioritize with conviction

  —balancing impact, effort, and trade‑offs across competing demands

• Collaborate cross‑functionally

  with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer teams to deliver cohesive experiences

• Partner with enterprise customers

  to uncover deep insights and shape scalable solutions
• Leverage data and qualitative inputs to guide decisions and measure success

• Bring structure and predictability

Location & Timezone

• This is a fully remote role
• Must be available to work during US time zones (6 PM – 2 AM IST)
