Role Overview

Lead Product Manager

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, customer success, implementation and marketing to deliver solutions that drive business outcomes. This is a complex role that demands sound judgment, clear communication, and strong prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and align it with customer needs and business objectives
• Prioritise features ruthlessly — expect to say

  no to 80% of requests

  to stay focused on impact
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features
• Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business and technical constraints
• Navigate ambiguity and work across a broad range of topics — from go-to-market strategy to implementation
• Define product success metrics and track outcomes
• Communicate product decisions to stakeholders across functions

Requirements

• 5+ years

  of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Proven ability to prioritise effectively and make trade-offs in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable working across a complex, cross-functional product ecosystem
• HR Tech experience is a bonus, but not required
• Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action
