Role Overview We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to own and drive the product strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS product focused on the US market. This is a full-time, remote role offering high ownership and the opportunity to shape impactful products from the ground up. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, customer success, implementation and marketing to deliver solutions that drive business outcomes. This is a complex role that demands sound judgment, clear communication, and strong prioritisation skills. Responsibilities Own the product roadmap and align it with customer needs and business objectives Prioritise features ruthlessly — expect to say no to 80% of requests to stay focused on impact Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business and technical constraints Navigate ambiguity and work across a broad range of topics — from go-to-market strategy to implementation Define product success metrics and track outcomes Communicate product decisions to stakeholders across functions Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority Proven ability to prioritise effectively and make trade-offs in a dynamic environment Comfortable working across a complex, cross-functional product ecosystem HR Tech experience is a bonus, but not required Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action Location & Timezone This is a fully remote role Must be available to work during US time zones (6 PM – 2 AM IST) Why Join Us?
