SSH -Area Sales Manager - Sales & Distribution Domestic BusinessAs an Area Sales Manager for Sales & Distribution Domestic Business, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations within your designated area. You will be tasked with developing and implementing effective sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and promoting our products and services to potential and existing customers.

Principal Accountabilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.Understand and adapt to the domestic trade market and its nuances.Use analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs.Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitive market landscape.Demonstrate strong negotiation, networking, and influencing skills to secure profitable contracts and deals.Foster and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.The role requires a strategic thinker with a global mindset, strong business and commercial acumen, and a knack for entrepreneurship. The candidate should also excel in communication, networking, negotiation, customer relationship management, and persuasion skills.
