SSH -Area Sales Manager - Sales & Distribution Domestic BusinessAs an Area Sales Manager for Sales & Distribution in our Domestic Business, you will be responsible for managing, directing, and overseeing the sales activities within your assigned territory. You will be tasked with achieving sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and leading a team of sales representatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Principal Accountabilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.Understand and adapt to the domestic trade market and its dynamics.Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.Demonstrate excellent communication skills to maintain customer relationships and negotiate deals.Use analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.Drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.Foster an environment of teamwork, ensuring that all sales initiatives are aligned with company goals and directives.The Area Sales Manager will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and will work closely with other team members to meet organizational goals. This role requires a high level of market knowledge and a deep understanding of customer needs. It also requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.
