Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will play a key role in finding, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role requires a thorough understanding of the hiring process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage top candidates who will contribute to our companys success.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screenings, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Job Posting & Branding: Write and post compelling job descriptions on job boards and career pages; promote our employer brand on social media and through recruiting events.
• Offer Negotiation & Closing: Work with HR and hiring managers to create offer letters and facilitate the offer negotiation process.
• Data & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and provide insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters d
• Experience: Proven experience (2-4+ years) in recruiting
• Technical Skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and MS Office suite.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
