The Recruiter will play a key role in finding, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role requires a thorough understanding of the hiring process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage top candidates who will contribute to our companys success. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screenings, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Job Posting & Branding: Write and post compelling job descriptions on job boards and career pages; promote our employer brand on social media and through recruiting events. Offer Negotiation & Closing: Work with HR and hiring managers to create offer letters and facilitate the offer negotiation process. Data & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and provide insights to stakeholders. Admin work Qualifications Education: Masters d Experience: Proven experience (2-4+ years) in recruiting Technical Skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and MS Office suite. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
Role & responsibilities Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times Provide training and educational materials to staff as necessary Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order Repair or replace plant equipment as needed. Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues Well Versed with 3 M; Develop Operational related Plans, Budgets & Procedures. Preferred candidate profile Any graduate/ Post graduate 02-06 years experience in same field
