Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and Gatekeep

• Review freelancer applications, portfolios, and performance metrics across categories such as Website Development, AI Development, Software Development, Game Development, Mobile App Development, and Cybersecurity.
• Make data-driven decisions on approvals, holds, or rejections. Maintain clear documentation and monitor ongoing quality post-approval.

Standards and Insights

• Build and maintain category-specific playbooks, evaluation rubrics, and benchmark thresholds.
• Stay updated with the latest programming tools, frameworks, and technologies to align evaluation standards with industry trends.
• Identify gaps in talent supply or specialization and propose improvement strategies.

Matching and Curation

• Respond to internal requests for curated talent pools.
• Prepare shortlists for high-priority campaigns and match vetted professionals with business needs.

Projects and Enablement

• Contribute to workflow optimization and quality-improvement projects.
• Document best practices, common pitfalls, and exemplars in the knowledge base.
• Lead calibration and training sessions to maintain category consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with data, product, and operations teams to refine evaluation tools and processes.
• Provide category insights and help shape talent strategy.

Reporting and Insights

• Generate evaluation reports and present category-level insights.
• Support client-facing teams by ensuring supply quality aligns with expectations.

• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Domain Expertise

• Proven experience in one or more

  Programming and Tech

  fields, such as:
• Website Development (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Bubble, Custom Websites, E-Commerce)
• AI Development (AI Websites, AI Mobile Apps, AI Chatbots, Automations, Integrations)
• Software Development (Web and Desktop Apps, APIs, Scripting, QA & Review, Blockchain Solutions)
• Game Development (PC, Mobile, or VR Games)
• Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Cross-Platform, App Maintenance)
• Support & Cybersecurity (IT Support, DevOps, Cybersecurity)

Analytical Skills

• Ability to assess technical quality and complexity across multiple domains.
• Strong attention to detail and structured documentation skills.

Education

• Formal education or certifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to Have
