Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate effectively with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) to understand their project needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage ongoing communication with clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Work closely with the technical and project management teams to create proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of projects to internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Keep track of client communications, requirements, and feedback using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in international client coordination within the IT sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Solutions, etc.).
• Ability to manage time effectively while working night shifts.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer (optional but beneficial).
• Experience working with remote teams and global clients.
