Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Finance Associate role based in Kochi. The Sr. Finance Associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, and providing insights for effective decision-making. Core tasks include financial analysis, budget management, creating financial forecasts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders to support strategic business goals will be a key focus.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in interpreting financial data to support decision-making
Need experience in QuickBooks or zoho book and related tools
Need international transaction experience
Must have experience in ITR filing and GST Filing
Solid foundation in Finance and related principles
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder interaction and report presentation
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
