Join us in shaping the future of logistics and discover limitless growth opportunities!Job Title: Sr. Executive – HR & IRReporting To: Regional HR ManagerJob Scope: Supporting the Regional HR for all human resource activities in the region, specifically focusing on Industrial Relations, recruitment, employee engagement activities, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and implementation of Performance Management Processes in line with policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide IR support to the Regional HR and coordinate for all IR issues in line with DPDHL policies.
  • Provide recruitment support, ensuring quality and timeliness, and arrange joining formalities.
  • Support employee engagement activities, including open houses and reward & recognition programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and coordinate with Raksha for medi-claim of employees.
  • Support performance management processes, including motiv8 facilitation.
  • Prepare and provide monthly MIS on various HR metrics (OT, FTE, Exit, Medi-claim, etc.).
  • Monitor leave planning, attendance, and joining & exit formalities.
  • Provide monthly salary inputs to corporate payroll.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate and follow-up on employee transfers and exit formalities.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Qualification: Graduate Degree from a reputed University/Institute.Skills and Competencies:
