As the Senior Warehouse Manager at our Bhopal Raisen location in the Supply Chain/Logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations to ensure efficiency in inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Your role will involve managing warehouse staff, optimizing storage space, implementing safety standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. You should possess strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse operations, and a focus on process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Warehouse Operations Management:** Oversee daily operations for smooth workflows and efficient inventory handling. - **Inventory Control:** Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and prevent stock discrepancies. - **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and motivate staff to enhance performance. - **Process Optimization:** Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - **Safety & Compliance:** Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies. - **Logistics Coordination:** Collaborate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams for seamless logistics. - **Technology Utilization:** Leverage WMS and other technologies for operational streamlining. - **Performance Monitoring:** Track KPIs, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement. - **Customer Satisfaction:** Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. - 8+ years of warehouse management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role. - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. - Experience with WMS and ERP software. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. *Preferred Skills:* - Experience in lean warehouse operations and process automation. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Familiarity with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
