As a Senior Manager Warehouse at our company in Tirupur, your role will involve overseeing various activities to ensure a supply rate of 99%. You will be responsible for maintaining receiving, warehouse, and distribution operations by coordinating programs and procedures and ensuring compliance with warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulations. Additionally, you will be tasked with controlling inventory levels, maintaining the warehouse's physical condition, and ensuring on-time dispatch and error-free orders. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling with data storage system - Planning and implementing new warehouse design layouts - Inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repairs - Scheduling and assigning employees to meet operational requirements - Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training warehouse staff - Establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols - Contributing to team efforts and accomplishing related results as needed - Experience in 5S, Lean implementation, process improvement, and cost savings - Rich experience in Warehouse automation projects Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Warehouse Management - Proficiency in SAP system - Strong knowledge of supply chain management - Experience in manpower management, supervision, coordination, and planning - Excellent time management skills - Proficiency in inventory control, 5S, and Lean System implementation Additional Company Details: Our company offers a competitive salary package, health insurance, and provident fund benefits.
