Sr. Warehouse Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Warehouse Manager based in Bhopal Raisen, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the overall operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, logistics, and distribution. You will be required to manage warehouse staff, optimize storage space, implement safety standards, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Your leadership skills, experience in warehouse operations, and ability to drive process improvements will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient inventory handling. - Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and implement measures to prevent stock discrepancies. - Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity. - Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. - Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. - Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams for seamless logistics. - Technology Utilization: Leverage warehouse management systems and other technologies to streamline operations. - Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, generate reports for continuous improvement. - Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. - 8+ years of warehouse management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role. - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. - Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
