Role Overview: As a Senior Manager Warehouse in Tirupur with 15 years of experience in the Manufacturing/Garment Industry, your primary responsibility is to ensure a supply rate of 99% through various activities. You will be in charge of maintaining receiving, warehouse, and distribution operations by coordinating programs and procedures, complying with warehousing regulations, controlling inventory levels, and ensuring the physical condition of the warehouse. Your role also involves scheduling employees, ensuring on-time dispatch of orders, error-free order dispatch, and overseeing warehouse staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Additionally, your experience in 5S, Lean implementation, process improvement, cost savings, and warehouse automation projects will be valuable in this role.
