Job Title: IT Manager (SAP)

Job description

• Business Flow and Knowledge of Business Blue Print A to Z of Production to Sale in various SAP modules.
• Managing and supporting all the SAP operations for various functions like Planning, Production, Finance, Warehouse etc.
• Troubleshooting and fixing the issues reported by SAP users.
• Provide the required technical training to the end users of SAP
• SAP role level access management and control to make sure that the data security guidelines are followed.

· Implementation additional business process through SAP so that most of the manual process can be avoided. Eg. Picklist generation through SAP.

· Article creation & Maintenance in SAP in collaboration with business & technical team to ensure correct values for all fields are maintained.

• Serves as the SPOC for SAP related issues / enhancement requests; Coordinate third party vendor to make the required changes in the SAP system.
• Manages all SAP support executives to ensure SAP needs are being met in compliance with quality standards.
• Routinely audit data against established rule sets to ensure consistency and accuracy of information, and update data as necessary.
• All SAP issues to be tracked and resolved with the defined SLA.
• Prepare documentation for SAP activities for various functions so that everyone is aware of the process used for day-to-day SAP operations.
• Implement best practices in the team so that we can continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the deliverables
• Implementation of latest version like S/4 HANA and Analytical tools like Tableau
• Work with other technical vendors in terms SAP integration to other systems
• Good Knowledge of various modules of SAP – SD, MM, PP, FICO.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related degree.

· More than 10 years of experience in various modules of SAP including S/4 HANA implementation. SD, MM, PP, FICO

Functional Skills:

· Needs to be proficient in Excel, help team with various excel spreadsheet models

· Experience managing SAP/ERP process in Wholesale/Retail organizations in apparel domain.

· Ability to develop and implement data governance and standards for Retail domain especially in Fashion and lifestyle products.

· Knowledge & experience in managing data set up, data governance and maintenance process.

· Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the current SAP implementation architecture, process flows and hardware configurations (including systems, policies, processes, and procedures).

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Able to present numerical data in a concise, logical and useful manner.

· Able to work with a wide range of audiences, from executives to line workers.

· Proven organizational and time management skills.

· Good understanding of SAP workflows in garment industry including garment factories and distribution business.

· Implementation experience in SAP S4HANA implementation.

· Experience in monitoring and enhancing the performance of SAP operations.

CTC Salary:

Up to – 7.20 lac P.A

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
