We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with 5–8 years of proven expertise in tender management, bid preparation, documentation, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify relevant tenders (government/PSU/private) through online portals, newspapers, and other sources.
Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary documents and approvals.
Manage pre-bid meetings, queries, and clarifications with clients.
Maintain updated records of tenders, submissions, and status tracking.
Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and highlight risks to management.
Handle post-tender activities, including follow-up, negotiations, contract finalization, and handover to operations/sales teams.
Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, consultants, and vendors.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures, government e-procurement portals, and bidding processes.
Strong documentation, drafting, and compliance checking skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tender portals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
