We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with 5–8 years of proven expertise in tender management, bid preparation, documentation, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Identify relevant tenders (government/PSU/private) through online portals, newspapers, and other sources. Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary documents and approvals. Manage pre-bid meetings, queries, and clarifications with clients. Maintain updated records of tenders, submissions, and status tracking. Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and highlight risks to management. Handle post-tender activities, including follow-up, negotiations, contract finalization, and handover to operations/sales teams. Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, consultants, and vendors. Key Skills & Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures, government e-procurement portals, and bidding processes. Strong documentation, drafting, and compliance checking skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong negotiation and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tender portals. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of proven experience in procurement, vendor development, and technical sales, with the ability to manage the complete cycle from sourcing to client delivery. Key Responsibilities: Procurement: · Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for lifting tools and related equipment. · Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery. · Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and compliance with company requirements. · Maintain optimum inventory levels and manage procurement planning. Sales & Business Development: · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. · Generate leads, prepare technical/commercial proposals, and close sales deals. · Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients. · Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Key Skills & Competencies: · Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent. · 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement and sales within lifting tools / material handling industry. · Knowledge of safety standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, OSHA, ASME) is an advantage. · Expertise in both procurement and technical sales functions. · Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
