Sr. Tender Executive

The Company is one of India’s leading event design and production companies, delivering some of the most reputed government events — socio-cultural, business summits, and sporting events — across India and overseas.

Role Overview

The Senior Tenders Executive will be responsible for studying and interpreting government tenders, RFPs, and EOIs related to events and infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing comprehensive, compliant, and well-articulated proposals in coordination with internal teams. The candidate should have strong analytical, drafting, and presentation skills, along with an understanding of government procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and analyze RFPs, EOIs, and tender documents issued by government departments and public sector bodies.
• Identify eligibility criteria, scope of work, deliverables, and submission requirements.
• Prepare detailed pre-bid notes, summaries, and clarifications for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, operations, finance) to collate required inputs.
• Draft and format technical and financial proposals as per tender guidelines.
• Track and maintain a database of live and upcoming government tenders.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids and supporting documents.
• Support in pre-bid meetings, presentations, and documentation follow-ups.

Desired Profile

• Graduate or Postgraduate with strong English communication and drafting skills.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in studying tenders and preparing proposals for government projects.
• Familiarity with government procurement portals and processes.
• Candidates with experience in consulting firms (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, etc.) or event/infrastructure companies preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
