Job Description

GeM Tender Executive

Portal management: Registering the company and updating product listings, pricing, and details on the GeM portal.
Bid and tender participation: Identifying relevant government tenders on the GeM portal, preparing and submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with all GeM policies.
Order processing: Managing orders received through the GeM portal, generating invoices, and creating shipping and compliance documents.
Post-tender activities: Following up on payments and managing post-tender correspondence.

Tender Tiger Tender Executive

Multi-source tender identification: Tracking and identifying business opportunities, such as tenders, RFQs, and e-auctions, from various sources, including the Tender Tiger platform itself.
Bid preparation: Preparing and submitting bid documents, which can involve coordinating with multiple departments and external vendors.
Market analysis: Collating market intelligence, competitor information, and product data to inform bids.
Deadline management: Monitoring and ensuring that tender submission deadlines are met across various projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
