Sr. Tender Executive

Position: Tender Executive – Automation & Electrical Industry

Department: Tendering & Estimation / Sales Support

Job Purpose:

The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting competitive technical and commercial proposals/tenders for automation and electrical projects. The role involves analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions to maximize business opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents (RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, Drawings, Specifications) for automation, electrical, and control system projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and internal engineering teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
• Prepare cost estimation, quotations, and technical compliance statements.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders in line with customer deadlines.
• Maintain tender trackers, databases, and records of all submitted bids.
• Communicate with clients for clarifications, pre-bid queries, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team with pre-sales documentation, compliance sheets, and pricing support.
• Monitor tender portals (government/private) for new opportunities in automation, electrical, and industrial power projects.
• Liaise with finance for EMD/BG (Earnest Money Deposit / Bank Guarantee) requirements.
• Ensure proposals comply with company policies, technical accuracy, and commercial viability.
• Provide post-tender support such as clarification responses, negotiation assistance, and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
