A Senior Telecaller in real estate is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads, explaining property details, and converting leads into sales opportunities. Key duties include managing customer relationships, updating the CRM, scheduling site visits, and meeting sales targets. A successful candidate needs strong communication and persuasion skills, knowledge of real estate, and the ability to handle customer objections. Key responsibilities

• Lead generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on existing leads to generate interest and sales opportunities.
• Property information: Provide detailed information on property listings, pricing, and project features, answering client questions effectively.
• Sales and conversions: Guide potential clients through the sales process over the phone and work towards converting them into customers.
• Appointment setting: Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team for client visits.
• Customer relationship management: Maintain a customer database, update CRM systems with call and lead details, and build strong client relationships.
• Target achievement: Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales.
• Objection handling: Address customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to keep the sales process moving.
• Market knowledge: Stay updated on current property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Required qualifications and skills

• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in real estate.
• Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and handle customer relationships professionally.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent telephone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
