Sr. Telecaller

Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling dental appointments, providing information about treatments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring excellent patient communication and service. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism to enhance the hospital’s reputation and deliver quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule dental appointments using hospital software.

Provide information regarding dental services, procedures, and hospital timings.

Remind patients about upcoming appointments and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointments.

Assist patients with inquiries related to doctors, treatments, and pricing.

Coordinate with doctors, reception staff, and treatment coordinators for smooth patient flow.

Follow up with patients post-treatment for feedback and further appointments.

Handle patient concerns and escalate to the concerned department when necessary.

Meet daily/weekly calling targets (if outbound campaigns are included).

equirements & Skills:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate with good communication skills.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or hospital front office preferred.

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and local language.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Management Software).

Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and empathetic when handling patient queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
