Position: Senior Tele Caller

Location: Madurai
Reporting To: Team Leader

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

1. Outbound & Inbound Calling

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally
• Promote products/services and explain features clearly

2. Lead Conversion & Sales

• Convert qualified leads into sales or appointments
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Follow up with interested prospects until closure

3. Team Support & Mentoring

• Guide junior tele callers on call handling and objection management
• Share best practices and effective call scripts
• Help onboard and train new team members

4. Call Quality & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain high call quality and professionalism
• Ensure adherence to scripts, compliance, and company policies
• Monitor daily call metrics (connect rate, conversion rate, talk time)

5. Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

6. Data & CRM Management

• Accurately update customer details in CRM systems
• Maintain call logs, follow-up schedules, and lead status
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports

7. Process Improvement

• Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends
• Suggest improvements in scripts, offers, and calling strategies
• Assist in campaign planning and execution

8. Target & KPI Achievement

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets
• Support team target achievement through coordination and guidance

Preferrable Candidate:

Married Women With Kid Preferred , Age - Above 28

Education Qualification: Any Degree

Skill Set Require: MS Excel(Advance level - VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), Knowledge in Any CRM Tool.

Benefits & Other Information

• Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Salary: ₹15,000 to 20,000 per month
