Electrician and Dental Chair Technician

Summary: To handle all electrical maintenance tasks and ensure smooth functioning of dental chairs and other equipment in the clinic, ensuring safety, reliability, and minimal downtime.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Maintenance

• Inspect, repair, and maintain all electrical systems including wiring, lighting, switches, and sockets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain UPS, inverters, and generator backup systems.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards.

2. Dental Chair & Equipment Maintenance

• Perform regular checks, servicing, and preventive maintenance of dental chairs, compressors, and suction units.
• Diagnose and fix issues related to chair motors, controls, and plumbing connections.
• Coordinate with external service vendors for advanced repairs or parts replacement.
• Maintain a log of all maintenance and repair activities.

3. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

• Create and follow a preventive maintenance schedule for electrical and dental equipment.
• Attend breakdown calls promptly to minimize treatment interruptions.
• Keep an inventory of commonly used spare parts and tools.

4. Installation & Setup

• Assist in installation and calibration of new dental chairs and clinic equipment.
• Support relocation or reinstallation of electrical setups during clinic expansion or renovation.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily maintenance reports and service records.
• Update clinic management about major repairs or repeated equipment issues.
• Recommend improvements to reduce maintenance costs and downtime.

Clinic Manager / Operations Head

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Experience in dental or hospital equipment maintenance preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
