Sr. Telecaller

As a Sales Executive at remitout, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by managing currency exchange transactions and demonstrating exceptional traveling core behavior. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries in person, written, and over the phone. - Confidently promote our products and services to clients and potential customers. - Meet local and regional sales targets by working independently and collaboratively with team members according to company incentive plans. - Manage daily operational procedures including opening and closing the location, inventory management, and maintaining store appearance. - Participate in team projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: - Positive and team-oriented attitude. - Self-motivated, energetic, and ambitious. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Flexible scheduling availability. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Previous retail and cash handling experience is beneficial, but not mandatory. - Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
