Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Description: The Tele calling Executive will act as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing them with essential information about overseas education programs. This role involves generating leads, scheduling consultations, and assisting students in their journey toward international education. The candidate will ensure seamless communication and maintain professionalism to represent the consultancy's values effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to share information about overseas education programs and services.

Handle inbound queries professionally, addressing inquiries about admission processes, universities, courses, scholarships, and visa procedures.

Schedule and coordinate counselling sessions, online meetings, or physical consultations with educational advisors.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the CRM system.

Provide follow-up support to students, answering questions and offering guidance throughout the application process.

Assist in generating and qualifying leads by understanding the student’s academic background and aspirations.

Collaborate with the admissions and counselling teams to achieve enrollment goals and ensure a positive client experience.

Stay updated with international education trends, university admission criteria, and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
