Telecaller (JD)

making outbound calls to prospective students, providing information on courses, and guiding them through the admission process to generate leads and appointments. Key responsibilities include following scripts, updating students records, and achieving sales targets, while requiring strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Key responsibilities

  • Outbound calling: Contact potential students and parents to inform them about educational programs and services.
  • Lead generation: Generate new leads through cold calling and follow up on existing leads to generate appointments for the sales team.
  • Information provider: Explain course details, admission processes, and other relevant information accurately.
  • Students satisfaction: Maintain a high level of students satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
  • Sales targets: Work to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Relationship building: Foster relationships with potential students and handle their queries effectively.
