Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to share information about overseas education programs and services. Handle inbound queries professionally, addressing inquiries about admission processes, universities, courses, scholarships, and visa procedures. Schedule and coordinate counselling sessions, online meetings, or physical consultations with educational advisors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the CRM system. Provide follow-up support to students, answering questions and offering guidance throughout the application process. Assist in generating and qualifying leads by understanding the student’s academic background and aspirations. Collaborate with the admissions and counselling teams to achieve enrollment goals and ensure a positive client experience. Stay updated with international education trends, university admission criteria, and regulatory requirements.
