Job Description

As a tele-caller for a 30+ year old real estate company located in Phase 7, SAS Nagar, your role will involve giving clients a call to schedule in-office visits, acquiring new inventory, and conducting cold calling. You will be responsible for collecting inventory through phone calls within the friendly office environment. The office timings are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi is essential for effective communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to clients to schedule in-office visits - Obtain new inventory through phone calls - Conduct cold calling activities **Qualifications Required:** - Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi - Prior experience in tele sales for at least 1 year - Overall work experience of 1 year - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) In addition to the base salary, there are significant performance bonuses available for high achievers.
