We’re scaling globally, and we’re looking for an
experienced, in-house Sr Technical Recruiter
for a 6-month contract to help us hire the engineers who are redefining how the world connects. This role will directly support hiring efforts for our global R&D, Security, DevOps, QA, and Cloud teams - including strategic growth in
Bangalore or Chennai (Hybrid - 3 days week in office).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner to engineering and product hiring managers to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and close talent gaps quickly and effectively.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of technical roles (Backend, Firmware, Cloud, DevOps, QA/Automation).
- Source talent creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and direct engagement tactics.
- Conduct candidate assessments that go beyond keywords — you know what great looks like and how to spot it.
- Provide high-touch candidate and stakeholder experiences across every stage of the funnel.
- Manage hiring pipelines across geographies, driving process with speed and precision.
- Track and report on KPIs: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, funnel performance, and candidate NPS.
- Influence hiring outcomes with data, insight, and credibility — not just activity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in an internal talent acquisition team — you’ve partnered with real hiring managers, not just filled roles for a commission.
- Experience hiring across core tech domains like:
- WiFi, routing/switching, embedded systems
- Cloud-native development (AWS, microservices)
- DevOps, CI/CD, SRE, and QA automation
- Adept at running high-velocity searches and building scalable talent pipelines in global markets.
- Confident using ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and market intelligence to drive smarter decisions.
- Comfortable working across time zones with distributed stakeholders and international candidates.
- Strong communication, consultative influencing skills, and a sense of ownership that pushes you to do the right thing - fast.
