Job Description

Sr. Team Member End User Support:

Handling uptime, performance, compliance & SLA for entire end user IT Infrastructure in Corporate Office & Branch Offices.
End user support & Stakeholder management.
Managing IT support teams. Define their Role & Responsibilities and measuring their performance against signed SLA. QA and reviews for continuous improvements/progress.
Handle End user on-boarding/separation.
Asset management, Inventory management, SAM.
Monitor maintenance & upgradation/patch management of Operating Systems, IT infra related applications.
Interact with various vendors for sourcing updated/latest products and solutions.
Manage all the technology related requirements, including technical feasibility study, selection, upgradation / migration of hardware, software, applications.
Ensure compliance with the companys policies in administration of IT Infrastructure / Facilities. Support/Handle IT infrastructure and access management audits.
Assess IT requirements of the organization in terms of software, hardware and other peripherals / products, and handle procurement of the same.
Vendor Management identify and deal with vendors for procuring IT related products & devices at reasonable and cost-effective rates.
Managing vendor/partners through service review meetings, measuring their performance against signed SLA.
Review and initiate measures for streamlining internal processes.
Administration of Microsoft O365 portal and its various apps/tools and exchange services.
Assist in evaluation and implementation of various Information Technology Tools.
