Job Description

As an experienced IT professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT endpoint management and infrastructure support, you will be responsible for various key areas: - **Technical Expertise:** - Managing 3,000+ endpoints across multiple locations effectively. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of endpoint security, patch management, and asset lifecycle management. - Utilizing tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Desktop Central, Service Desk, or similar endpoint management solutions. - Coordinating network and server activities for seamless endpoint integration. - **Operational Scope:** - Overseeing 100+ branches and providing support to a user base of 6,000+ employees. - Ensuring compliance, standardization, and performance monitoring across all endpoints. - **Leadership & Management:** - Leading a team of 5 or more members with responsibilities including task allocation, performance tracking, and timely project delivery. - Demonstrating strong communication, coordination, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Possession of ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge. - Previous experience in vendor management and project rollout coordination.
