As a Talent Acquisition- Lead Experience at Benthon Labs in Noida Sector 62, your primary role will involve attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates for technology-related positions within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Define job requirements and staffing needs in collaboration with hiring managers. - Efficiently lead and manage the recruitment team. - Source potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit. - Conduct technical and behavioral interviews. - Evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills for role suitability. - Maintain candidate engagement, provide updates, and collect feedback. - Verify references and employment history for accuracy. - Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates and hiring managers. - Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. - Develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Generate reports to analyze and enhance recruitment strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a technical recruiter or in an IT-focused recruiting role. - Strong knowledge of IT and technology-related roles and skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Please note that the job is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
