Job Description

Sr. Tableau Developer

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize
Tableau dashboards
, workbooks, and semantic models for enterprise analytics.
Develop
advanced Tableau logic
: LOD expressions, window functions, row-level security, parameterization, and performance tuning.
Enable
self-service analytics
by defining governed metrics, reusable data models, certified datasets, and user enablement workflows.
Work closely with data engineering teams to define data requirements
Translate HR, Finance, and business requirements into intuitive visual and analytical experiences.
Implement best practices for dashboard lifecycle management, quality checks, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption, iterate on insights, and improve user experience.
Support cross-platform BI initiatives; contribute to Looker or Power BI work where needed.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience
in data visualization, BI engineering, or analytics roles.
Strong expertise in
Tableau
, including LOD expressions, performance tuning, calculations, and dashboard optimization.
Strong
SQL
skills with solid understanding of
data warehousing
concepts.
Experience enabling
self-service analytics
, metric standardization, and semantic modelling.
Must be Tableau Certified
Exposure to
Looker
or
Power BI
(good to have).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
