Job Description

As a Senior Specialist, Payroll – APAC here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the APAC payroll process for our Advanced Materials business unit. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and providing exceptional service to our employees.With your expertise in payroll management and strong attention to detail, you will contribute to the success of our global payroll operations.You will report directly to our Payroll Director and you'll work out of our Bangalore location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of our APAC payroll operations, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline processes and implement best practices.Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and ensuring compliance with local regulations.Honeywell Advanced Materials is an industry-leading solutions provider, playing a crucial role in advancing industries worldwide through diverse applications, revolutionary inventions, and pioneering technologies focused on high-growth mega-trends.Our science and technology experts create solutions that help solve our customers' needs today and in the future. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and oversee the APAC payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in multiple countries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws in all countries where we operate.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide exceptional service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
  • Generate payroll reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in global payroll management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and tax laws in multiple countries.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.
  • Experience with payroll software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
