Job Description

Role Overview:

The Social Media Sr. Strategist is responsible for building and enhancing the brand’s digital presence by developing engaging content, nurturing online communities, and creating impactful social media campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical ability, and strategic thinking to ensure the organization maintains a strong, positive, and relevant voice across platforms.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.

· Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or related areas (preferred).

· Prior experience (1–3 years) in managing social media platforms, campaigns, or digital content creation.

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

· Content creation skills – including writing, design coordination, and basic video editing.

· Ability to track, analyze, and interpret social media metrics.

· Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.

· Community-building and engagement skills.

· Excellent communication and storytelling ability.

· Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibility:

· Develop and execute content calendars tailored to different platforms.

· Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand identity.

· Build and nurture online communities, ensuring active interaction and meaningful engagement.

· Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and algorithms in social media.

· Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) to optimize performance.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, admissions, HR, etc.) to align campaigns with organizational goals.

· Plan and execute effective social media marketing campaigns to increase visibility, leads, and brand recall.

· Ensure brand voice is consistent, creative, and reflective of organizational values.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
