Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Create and execute

  platform-specific strategies

  for Youtube, Reddit, Quora, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and more.
• Build and moderate

  student-focused communities

  on Discord & Reddit.
• Design campaigns that

  go viral with students

  —think TikTok trends, meme marketing, relatable reels.
• Answer, engage, and position DoMyWork as a trusted voice in

  Quora and Reddit

  spaces.
• Collaborate with our content and design team to produce

  high-impact, shareable assets

  .
• Track, analyze, and report on performance—optimize for growth and conversions.
• Keep DoMyWork ahead by spotting

  emerging platforms, formats, and student trends

  .

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of

  hands-on experience in social media strategy

  , ideally with

  agency background

  .
• Proven track record of managing

  non-traditional platforms (Reddit, Quora, Discord)

  .
• Experience creating

  viral content

  on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or Snapchat.
• Solid understanding of

  Gen Z culture, humor, and student mindset

  .
• Analytical and creative in equal measure—you can craft ideas and measure impact.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable engaging in student conversations online.

• Have worked with

  EdTech, student brands, or youth-driven companies

  .
• Can show us a portfolio of

  successful, creative campaigns

  you’ve led.
• Know how to

  leverage influencers

  and micro-communities for growth.
