Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and elevate our organic search strategy. In this role, you’ll take ownership of technical and content SEO initiatives to drive qualified traffic, improve search visibility, and maximize ROI.


Success in this position looks like measurable increases in organic traffic, improved keyword rankings for high-intent terms, enhanced technical SEO health, and strong collaboration across teams.


As a key member of the digital marketing team, this role works cross-functionally with content creators, developers, product managers, and analysts to ensure that SEO is a foundational part of our growth strategy.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and fix issues affecting site performance, crawlability, and UX.
  • Lead keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitive benchmarking to uncover new opportunities.
  • Optimize existing website content and provide SEO guidance for new content development.
  • Collaborate with development and UX teams to implement technical improvements (e.g., site speed, structured data, mobile optimization).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Stay current on algorithm updates and SEO trends; adjust strategy proactively.
  • Support or mentor junior SEO staff or coordinate with external agencies, if applicable.


Qualifications
  • 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in both content and technical optimization.
  • Proven success in driving traffic and improving rankings through data-informed SEO strategies.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) and understanding of HTML/CSS basics.
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first SEO principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, nformation Technology, or equivalent work experience
