Sr. SEO Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our organic search strategy, drive traffic growth, and improve search engine rankings. You will be responsible for both on-page and off-page SEO, technical audits, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic and lead generation.
• Perform keyword research to guide content and website structure.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues, and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Optimize existing content and recommend on-page SEO enhancements (title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, etc.).
• Manage and execute effective link-building strategies.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
• Track, report, and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
• Experience with technical SEO including crawl optimization, indexing, and page speed.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and basic web technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international/multilingual SEO.
• Knowledge of schema markup / structured data.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX principles.
• Google Analytics / Google Ads certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
