Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer experience and product value. Regularly update the management on customer feedback, success stories, and areas of improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent command over English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer support, especially in SaaS platforms, would be an advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing software, and other related platforms. Ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and communicate solutions effectively. Ability to quickly understand customer issues and guide them towards a solution.
