In this role, you can have a direct impact on the most visible and crucial products in the company. Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and reusable automation frameworks for Salesforce applications
- Develop automated test suites for UI Path, and backend components across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Work closely with product managers, developers, admins, and release managers to understand requirements and integrate test strategies into agile delivery pipelines
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior SDETs, and provide technical leadership in test design and automation
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with user stories and acceptance criteria
- Drive and implement test data management, mocking strategies, and performance testing for Salesforce integrations and flows
- Participate in release readiness reviews, test signoffs, and defect triage meetings
- Partner with the Salesforce COE team to standardize QA practices and promote QA best practices across global teams
- Own test coverage metrics, dashboarding, and reporting quality KPIs to leadership

Basic
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles with at least 3 years in Salesforce ecosystem testing
- Proficient in Apex testing, testing, and API automation tools like Postman or RestAssured
- Experience with CI/CD, Git-based version control, and automated deployment tools
- Hands-on experience in testing Salesforce integrations with external systems (e.g., Mulesoft, Workday, Oracle)
Preferred
- Strong knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, Java/Python, and automation frameworks
- Familiarity with Test Management tools such as Zephyr
- Deep understanding of QA best practices, testing methodologies, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with Performance Testing tools such as JMeter or k6
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, or security testing practices
