Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and ensure achievement.

2. Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to expand business.
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and business events.

3. Team Management & Training

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet performance objectives.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure proper allocation of leads and territories for balanced team productivity.

4. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign ROI.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and threats.
  • Gather customer insights to enhance product positioning and sales strategy.
  • Recommend new products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities based on market data.

6. Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure high client satisfaction levels through effective communication and after-sales support.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
  • Foster long-term partnerships to drive repeat and referral business.

7. Sales Forecasting & Reporting

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Track KPIs such as revenue growth, lead conversion rate, and customer retention.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

8. Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with product development and marketing teams to launch new offerings.

9. Brand Development

  • Strengthen the company’s market presence through brand-building activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.

10. Target Achievement & ROI Management

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI and lead-to-sale conversion efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
