The Role: Sr. Sales Manager (South India)
We are hiring a Sr. Sales Manager to drive net-new ARR growth across South India. This role is for a consultative seller who can navigate complex enterprise buying centers (Business, Ops, IT, Security, Compliance) and close large deals in regulated environments.
What you’ll own
Territory plan for South India: identify, prioritize, and execute a focused list of target accounts
Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion across banks, NBFCs, insurers, and large healthcare providers
Run the full cycle: discovery → solutioning → ROI/business case → proposal → procurement → closure
Position and sell our modules (Onboarding, Contact Center, Service, Collections, Field Sales) and R-YaBot AI based on outcomes
Work closely with pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure credible scoping, timelines, and go-live confidence
Build predictable pipeline and forecasting discipline
Ideal candidate profile
Must-have
8–15 years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS / CRM / BPM / contact center / workflow platforms)
Proven sales into BFSI and/or healthcare, especially where compliance, security, and integration matter
Strong consultative discovery skills and the ability to create a measurable ROI business case
Experience working with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder procurement environments
Strong communication, structured selling, and pipeline hygiene
Good-to-have
Experience selling on-prem/private cloud/sovereign cloud solutions
Familiarity with RBI/IRDAI compliance themes, data localization, security reviews, and audit requirements
Partner/SI co-selling experience in South India
