Manage day-today affairs at the office including handling walk-in clients Reach out to new customers and explain the services offered by the company Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs Capture insights from customer interactions and share it with the team Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales, making sure the team does the same Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition Train and lead a team of junior sales tele callers in the above listed areas Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics Desired Candidate Skills Excellent communication skills, Fluency in English and Hindi is required Willingness to take initiative Empathy, respect and honesty towards clients and the team Self-driven, ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills Telephone etiquette and persuasion skills Active listening skills, with a flair for marketing and sales Knowledge of various online matrimonial portals is required
